Apollo Technology provides technology tools, software, and messaging infrastructure that clients use to send notifications and customer communications. By using Apollo Technology services, clients agree to use the platform only for lawful, consent-based, and compliance-focused communications.
2. Client Communication Role
Apollo Technology sends SMS messages and related communications on behalf of its clients. Apollo Technology Services LLC is not the end business or service provider in most message flows. Clients are responsible for their own customer relationships, message content, opt-in flows, service terms, and compliance obligations.
3. SMS Program Terms
SMS messages sent through Apollo Technology Services LLC may include account notifications, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, verification requests, customer support updates, and similar transactional or service-related communications.
4. Consent to Receive Messages
Users receive SMS messages only after opting in through a client website, booking form, customer portal, support channel, or another client-approved consent method. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services unless expressly stated by the applicable client and permitted by law.
5. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on the user's relationship with the applicable client, the type of service requested, and the user's activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to a message. Once an opt-out request is processed, the user may receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent through that messaging program unless the user opts in again.
7. HELP Instructions
Users may reply HELP for assistance. Users may also contact Apollo Technology Services LLC at admin@apollotechnologyservices.app. For questions about a specific appointment, booking, account, product, or service, users may need to contact the client that initiated the communication.
8. Mobile Number and Consent Data
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver and support messaging, such as SMS carriers, aggregators, hosting providers, security providers, and compliance vendors.
9. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use Apollo Technology Services LLC services to:
- Send messages without valid consent or lawful authorization.
- Send deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
- Violate carrier rules, A2P 10DLC requirements, or applicable privacy and communications laws.
- Send prohibited content, malicious links, malware, phishing, or impersonation messages.
- Interfere with Apollo Technology systems, security, or service integrity.
10. Disclaimer
Apollo Technology Services LLC services are provided on an "as available" basis. Apollo Technology does not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay, interruption, filtering, or failure. Delivery may depend on carrier networks, user devices, client configuration, and third-party service providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the services, message delays, message delivery failures, carrier filtering, client content, or unauthorized use of client systems.
12. Updates to These Terms
Apollo Technology Services LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
